ALTERATIONS SATISFACTION POLICY
I have recieved professional tailoring and alterations training from Tailored Brands LLC and have a bachelors degree in *clothing design and certificate of fashion studies from Utah State University.
If you come to pick up an alteration and are unsatisfied with the result before ending the post-alteration try on consultation, I will redo the original order for free one more time. If item is picked up by an individual that the clothing item was not tailored to, the tailored individual has 24 hours to contact me with unsatisfied remarks for one free redo. The moment a customer leaves the pick up location with the item, or I leave drop off location after try on consultation, any later dissatisfaction will not be reimbursed, not done again free of charge, and customer will be recharged in full for further alterations.
